Memorial Contributions

If you would like to make a contribution to Hospice of Santa Cruz County in memory of someone who has died, please tell us

• Name of the Deceased
• Your Name
• Your Address
• Your Daytime Phone
• The Name and Address of Deceased Person’s Family Member (so that we can notify them of the gift you make in memory of their loved one)

Donations and Memorial gifts can also be made by mail.

Hospice of Santa Cruz County will acknowledge receipt of your gift within one business week after receiving it. The person you request to be notified of your gift will be contacted at the same time. The amount of your gift will not be shared with the family member.

Legacy Gifts

No matter what size your assets and estate may be, we value your intention to leave a lasting gift to ensure compassionate end-of-life care for our community today and in the future. Join the Legacy Circle which honors community members who have included Hospice of Santa Cruz County in their will, trust, or estate plans.

Monthly Giving

Join our monthly giving program by choosing any amount you'd like to give each month. You can choose to have your credit card charged monthly. At the end of the year, you will receive a receipt of your total giving.

Workplace Giving

Hospice of Santa Cruz County is a United Way agency. If your company has a United Way program, you can designate Hospice of Santa Cruz County as your charity of choice. Many companies also offer a matching gift programs – ask your employer if donations are matched and your company's procedure for matching your donation.

Events

We receive funds from several local restaurants, retail stores and businesses that host events and donate a portion of the proceeds to Hospice of Santa Cruz County. Hospice can help to promote these events to bring in more business and help increase your gift.
