Friday, September 10th from 7:30pm to 9:30pm - Hospice of Santa Cruz County Benefit performance of Tandy Beal's Here After Here, a dance-theatre project based around people's conceptions of an afterlife. Cabrillo College Crocker Theater; $50, includes a reception after the show with some of the performers. Tickets can be purchased by calling Monika at 430-3082.

Santa Cruz Cancer Benefit Group's annual food and wine festival benefits HSCC and other organizations supporting people living with cancer. Held at Aptos Village Park from noon to 5pm, it's a fabulous day of fine wine, excellent food and live music.
